Loyality in love is the best part of swans. Swans are majestic, beautiful looking creatures. It is said that Even if you enter in the dirty water,stay neat like a white swan!... Its kind of compulsory and basic need.During the corona times we realized the importance of IMMUNITY to our system and adopted all that taboo things like turmeric milk, ghee and homemade veg food etc...which we had forgotten or made out of fashion in the time of kito diet... So lets light the 3P torch of ( patience+perseverance +prudence ) to get the healthy India back with our roots... Because the health is something which can not be mend quickly, it takes time, persistent efforts, habit with proper research and knowledge.
